Coliform Reporting by Drinking Water Systems

The California Department of Public Health has prepared the following documents for monthly reporting of coliform monitoring results by water systems.  

Although the documents remain relevant to all water systems, they have been updated and revised to include bacteriological monitoring required for water systems that are subject to federal Ground Water Rule (compliance with the federal rule began December 1, 2009).  Click here for more information on the Ground Water Rule.
