Syphilis Elimination Partner Resource data are available via secure login to the . This Extranet site has been made available for use by our partners in the local health departments. It contains P&S Syphilis case surveillance data, including behavior and risk data; and is updated bi-weekly. You will also find chlamydia and gonorrhea rate maps by health jurisdiction and census tract, as well as our calendar for upcoming meetings.
