The Decision-Maker Workshop is a two-hour workshop developed to engage hospital administrators and generate interest and support for breastfeeding quality improvement efforts in their hospital. It is essential that those capable of making hospital-wide policy changes, decisions and assignments attend this workshop. If they are not available, it is best to reschedule until they can attend.
