A resource for women who have been newly diagnosed with breast cancer. This booklet will help a woman understand her treatment options and make decisions about her care. The state of California requires physicians to give this booklet to a woman before she undergoes any form of treatment.

California's Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan
The California Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan is a strategic plan of action, developed by dedicated individuals and organizations concerned with the burden of cancer on Californians. The California Dialogue on Cancer was formed to provide guidance for the comprehensive plan. The plan was released to the public May 2004.
