We are pleased to provide you with copies of approved Network Bi-Weekly Time Logs. There are several links provided to cover the entire FFY 2013 year.  Please follow the instructions in Program Letter 12-03 for allowable ways to modify these forms. Any other modification to these forms must be pre-approved by your Network contract manager, CDSS, and USDA.
