Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund-Fall 2013-2014 Application

Included below are the applications, cover letters and enclosures for the 2013-2014 Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Construction and Planning funding options. Please download and review your chosen application and all of its applicable enclosures. Please be advised that an application and all of its supplemental materials will only be accepted from water systems who received a 2013-2014 Fall invitation to apply and who submitted a complete Statement of Intent by the invitation’s specified deadline.

Transition to Construction Application Materials (for Completed Planning Projects) -  The deadline for the submittal of your construction application is listed in your SDWSRF invitation letter

For completed planning projects transitioning to construction, please use the construction application materials above. You may have already submitted some of the SDWSRF construction application elements as part of your SDWSRF planning project, such as complete plans and specifications or environmental documentation. If you have any questions about what documents are required to complete your SDWSRF construction application, consult with the following units.

Inactivation and Reactivation Information

Projects that are not ready to submit either planning or construction application by the specified deadline in the invitation letter may be placed on the Inactive List.  More information on the Inactive List and how to reactivate a project will be available soon.
