General Acute Care Hospital Patient Safety Licensing Survey

The purpose of the Patient Safety Licensing Survey (PSLS) is to ensure patient safety in the general acute care hospital setting and compliance with statutory mandates for licensing.  The survey is comprised of statutes that have been implemented since 2006.
