HIV/AIDS Case Reporting
Federal and state laws require HIV/AIDS case reporting to be conducted by laboratories, local health departments, counseling and testing (C&T) sites and healthcare providers. OA maintains a confidential, central registry of demographic and clinical information on all reported California HIV infections and AIDS cases.
