The Semi-Annual Progress Report Form is intended for reporting on your Scope of Work activities encompassing the first six months of Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2013 (October 1, 2012 - March 31, 2013). The FFY 13 Semi-Annual Progress Report (SAPR) documents and instructions are below. The Activity Tracking Form (ATF) and supplemental SurveyMonkey are due in conjunction with the SAPR by Monday, April 15, 2013.
Webinars to review how to submit the SAPR are scheduled for March 26, 2013 from 9:30 am - 10:30 am and March 28, 2013 from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm. Registration is required and can be done here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/CX85MC5
The SAPR documents and online SurveyMonkey are to be completed and submitted by Monday, April 15, 2013.
