Online Quiz on State Laboratory Law

Applicants who choose to take a certification exam for licensure purposes in California must take and pass a quiz on state laboratory law.
A short tutorial on basic state laboratory law may be accessed through this link; Tutorial.
Applicants will be given a unique identifier number when they apply for licensure.
When applicant is ready to take the quiz, the applicant may connect to the link below and enter his/her name and unique identifier number.
The quiz consists of ten multiple choice questions. A minimum of 7 correct answers is required to pass the quiz.
The quiz may be taken as many times required to pass.
The passing score is electronically transmitted to Laboratory Field Services and will be retained in the applicant's application file.
