ADDENDUM:  The Management Plan Section identified on Page 35 of the RFA has an eight page minimum.  This Addendum applies to all three AFLP RFA's.  Corrected Appendix 12 -Sample Budget Justification Template and Budget Summary Template for the Santa Barbara AFLP RFA. Addendum (posted March 23, 2007):  During the RFA Reviewing and Scoring process, it came to the attention of MCAH/OFP that the scoring methodology stated in the RFA on pages 51 and 52 resulted in an inappropriately high passing point.  Pursuant to Paragraph S.7.b.2 of the RFA on page 68, MCAH/OFP amended the preset passing point from 71.8 to 51.3 so that awards could be made.
