Medical providers of blood lead testing and respirator evaluations*  

If you use or disturb lead or lead-containing products in your business, you should and may be required by Cal/OSHA to provide blood lead level testing for your employees.

To make sure that your business has a comprehensive lead medical program it is important that you have a contract with the medical provider with which you have chosen to work. See our sample contract, Model Contract for a Lead Program (PDF), for more information.
