This letter of award is in response to the request for additional funds to support tuberculosis (TB) prevention and control activities submitted by September 18, 2023 by the California local health jurisdictions listed below. The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) TB Control Branch (TBCB) has approved their request.
TB PM Intensive Travel Grant Funds Award
The California local health jurisdictions listed below will receive funds from the CDPH TBCB to assist with travel costs for one traveler to attend the Curry International TB Center's TB Program Manager's (PM) Intensive taking place in Oakland from November 13, 2023, through November 16, 2023. This award must be used for expenditures listed in the enclosed approved "Request for TB Program Manager Intensive Travel Grant Funds" budget, observing any corrections issued.
This award is valid and enforceable only if the enacted State of California FY 2023–2024 budget makes sufficient funds available for the purposes of this program.

Expenditure reimbursement is contingent upon compliance with these standards and procedures.
