Environmental Investigation Section serves, protects, and promotes health and equity through investigation, education, and evaluation of potential lead hazards āassociated with state cases of childhood lead exposure in public and residential buildings in California.ā
Environmental Investigation Section works with the local health jurisdictions āand local environmental health professiāāāāonals to ensure they have adequate knowledge, tools, and expertise to effectively identify lead hāāazards and lead hazards are abated to achieve lead safe homes for children in California.
