CSCP 2016 Data Report

The California Safe Cosmetics Program released its first data report in 2016. This report summarizes the cosmetics product data reported since the launch of the online reporting system through December 2015.

To assist companies with the mandatory reporting requirements of the California Safe Cosmetics Act of 2005 and the Cosmetic Fragrance and Flavor Ingredient Act of 2020, CSCP has compiled a list of chemicals using reports and lists from authoritative bodies specified in these laws. The fragrance and flavor ingredients became reportable January 1, 2022.
