The trial period for testing the VS-5 Pilot Version has ended. Enclosed is the finalized Monthly Transmittal of Fees to State for Certified Copies (VS-5 Rev. 5/2/2023) for official use.
Counties wilāl be required to submit the new form beginning July 2023 fee period. VS-5 (Rev 5/2/2023) will replace all previous PDF versions, unless submitting a correction or previously unreported sale prior to January 1st, 2022.
