This letter is confirmation of your local assistance funding to support the California CureTB Program in fiscal year (FY) 2023-2024.
California CureTB Program Award
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Tuberculosis Control Branch (TBCB) is awarding to the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency up to $80,573 to support California CureTB Program activities. The award is comprised entirely of state funds. These funds are being awarded with the understanding that your program staff will work with TBCB staff in carrying out your CDPH-funded TB control program efforts and used for expenditures listed in the approved budget.
This award is valid and enforceable only if the enacted State of California FY 2023-2024 budget makes sufficient funds available for the purposes of this program.
Managing Your California CureTB Program Award
Reimbursement of expenditures is contingent upon compliance with the standards and procedures described in the FY 2023-2024 Tuberculosis Control Local Assistance Funds Standards and Procedures Manual, available at
Resources for Local Health Departments.
Invoicing California CureTB Program Award Expenditures
When invoicing for approved expenditures, please:
Refer to the award as “California CureTB Program Award - 2380CCTB00”
Submit on your organization’s letterhead, signed electronically or in blue ink
Bill to: California Department of Public Health, Tuberculosis Control Branch
Invoices for FY 2023-2024 will not be processed until:
All outstanding invoices from the previous year have been submitted, and
CDPH TBCB has received a signed “Acceptance of Award” form.
California CureTB Program invoices are due on:
