RHB is excited to announce the development of a new online registration verification page. Once released, active facilities will be able to review their facility registration status and machine inventory information.
Effective June 26, 2024, Radiologic Health Branch (RHB) will no longer issue Certificates of Registration upon initial registration or renewal.
During the interim period until the verification page launch, active facilities that need to verify their registration status for insurance or audit purposes may request registration verification by emailing xrayregistration@cdph.ca.gov. Please include your facility registration number in your email request.
