California Pathways into Public Health (Pathways) is an innovative program that provides training, hands-on work experience, and ongoing support through two efforts: a Fellowship Program and an Internship Program. 

Group of young professionals

ā€‹Interns and fellows are placed in local county or city health departments within California to gain public health work experience. Pathways has partnered with local health departments throughout California, representing the geographic and demographic diversity of the state.
