​Notice of Public Hearing 

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is holding a public hearing in response to a stakeholder request to discuss the proposed regulations regarding GACHs Clinical Laboratory, Dietetic, and Pharmaceutical Services. CDPH welcomes public input during this hearing process. Please attend the hearing prepared to share your comments and suggestions after reviewing a copy of the rulemaking documents found on the Office of Regulations webpage.
