Test Order Enteric Isolation - Primary Specimen

Pre-Approval Required

Consultation with the Foodborne & Waterborne Diseases Section (510) 412-3796, is required prior to submission of specimens. Specimens sent without prior approval will not be tested.

Supplemental Information or Form

Consult with Foodborne & Waterborne Diseases Section before submitting samples. Targeted organisms include Salmonella, Shigella, Campylobacter, Shiga-toxin Producing Escherichia coli (STEC), Yesinia, Vibrio, Aeromonas, and Plesiomonas shigelloides.

Form ā€œLAB 414ā€ is required for submission of samples.
