How Do I Apply For A Fellowship?
California Pathways into Public Health (Pathways) Fellowship Program applicants are hired by the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). Applicants must apply through the online job posting via UCSF. Following completion of the UCSF job application, applicants will receive a supplemental application via email from the Pathways team. The supplemental surveys will be sent out by the Pathways team weekly, so qualified applicants may experience a delay between when they submitted their UCSF application and when they receive the supplemental application via email.
-
People with a high school diploma/GED and four years of any kind of work experience are strongly encouraged to apply
-
People with an associate degree in any subject and two years of any kind of work experience in any field are strongly encouraged to apply.
*Pathways recommends having your resume available when beginning the online application process.
Fellowship applications require both steps to be completed:
- Completion of the online job listing posted through UCSF
- Application for the March 2025 Fellowship: CLOSED
- Completion of the supplemental application, which will require responses to 3 short answer questions (250 words each)
- The deadline for supplemental application submission is separate from the UCSF application deadline.
Due to the large volume of applications, Pathways is unable to respond to status inquires or provide feedback on an application.
After submissions are reviewed, a select number of applicants will be invited to interview with the Pathways team.
